The second bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan, A/C, en-suite bathroom and a breezy terrace overlooking the Sleeping Indian and the quiet park in front of the Villa.
The open space ground floor includes a fully furnished kitchen with an electrical stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, blender, coffee machine, washer and dryer.
The living room has a new A/C unit, ceiling and standing fans, table and chairs, comfortable couches and a bathroom for your guests.
The outdoor deck is ideal to relax and enjoy with lounges, table ideal to dine outside, ceiling fan and a brand new barbecue grill.
Before entering there is an outdoor shower to remove the sand from the beach.
Golf cart available with an additional fee of 25 usd per day.

JOLLY HARBOUR: The Villa is located in one of the best areas of  the South Finger of Jolly Harbour, walking distance to the wonderful Jolly Beach.
Jolly Harbour is a gated community with all the amenities you need, like tennis and squash courts, pool, golf course, gym, ATM, supermarket, bars, beach bar and really good restaurants.
Two beautiful beach bars are walking distance.
Within 10 minutes by car, there are other wonderful beaches.
